Are there black Blood Angels?

Hey guys. Just got into BA with the recent box set that came out. Outside of Horus heresy novels I haven’t really dove too deep into the lore yet. This question is based on genuine curiosity not trying to stir the woke pot or stoke the DEI fires. It’s my understanding that the gene seed implantation in BAs tends to result in Sanguinious like traits so how does that work with the different flavors of humanity?
