Things to do for a 13 yo boy

I’ve got my little brother for the day and he’s that age where all he wants to do is lay around. I wanted to show him what Boise has to offer since he lives in rural Middleton. I was going to take him to MK nature center, any other ideas? I don’t have a whole lot of money.
