How far ahead is the Manga from the Anime?

Hey I recently have gotten into My Hero Academia. I've read the first few manga and watched the first few seasons of the anime on Netflix. I'm planning on buying the Box Set and reading through the manga that are out there as of now, and getting Crunchyroll to watch more of the anime. With that being said I'm wondering how far apart the manga and the anime are as of now? Thanks
