Are you still a virgin in your 20s and above? What's the honest reason?

My cousin is approaching 45 years old and is still a virgin. He's a good guy, attractive and is financially stable but has a massive fear of women. My question goes out to all the virgins out there. What's your reason? Religious, personal beliefs etc?
