My dream bong

This is the most random post i think i'll ever make- but does anyone have ANY idea where i could get a bong like this?? Ever since i started smoking i've always wondered what it would be like if i could somehow attatch a straw to the top of my bongs, i've never seen one like that until i came across this image.

If anyone's ever seen one out in the wild, or knows any brands that make similar ones it would be greatly appreciated
