Double standards

I’m really starting to grow sick of the double standards in this fandom. Why do people get so mad when Katie has fans. They call her an “irrelevant redhead” and keep crying about the fact that it doesn’t make sense she has stan’s because “she barely exists.” Yet these are the same people who obsess over characters like Hughie and feely. Feely is labelled as “mysterious” so why isn’t Katie also considered mysterious. Someone please explain this to me, am I stupid or?
