Has this ever happened to anyone before?

I got squeakbuster gale from an ultra box or whatever it’s called (1000 trophies). I wanted to see the effects to see if I should use the skin. The thing is is that I can’t even use it because it was in my shop and now it looks really buggy. and there are two of the skins in my shop, one of them has a timer and one doesn’t. anyone know why this happens?
