Getting ECU Flashed and Reprogrammed

Hey guys, I finally decided to go and my bike reprogrammed. I was just curious about the price, it sounded a bit too much to me but maybe this is correct. For context I live in Greece so maybe pricing may be different. For the programming it's 450 euro, about 60 or 70 euro for a new air filter, 200 euro for some cones, I forgot what they are actually called. I think they go on the cylinders, cause I need 4 of those cones. Then a lambda sensor which is 60 euro, and 100 euro for labor. All in all it's around 900 euro.
