Love Marriage Family or similar mods?

I'm finding that the birds and the bees are a little too busy after the plagues update, everyone is having 6+ kids survive to adulthood which feels unrealistic to me. How compatible is LMF with AGOT, or are there other similar mods/submods that reduce fertility or increase infant mortality? Something to tweak marriage AI so a Lord Paramount won't marry his daughter to the fourth son of a minor lord would be great too.
