Massachusetts CPA application- what does “experience in public accounting that extends over a period of no less than a year and no more than 3 years, and includes no fewer than 2,000 hours of service” mean?

Hi my application to become a CPA in Massachusetts has been paused for additional information. I emailed them and they said "Your experience letter is in need of revisions; Should state one or the other in experience: Full- or part-time experience in public accounting that extends over a period of no less than a year no more than 3 years, and includes no fewer than 2,000 hours of service OR full- or part-time experience in non-public accounting that extends over a period of no less than three years and no more than nine years, and includes no fewer than 2,000 hours of experience"

In my letter it states "(my name) has been employed full time with (my comany), a public accounting firm, as a Tax Accountant since June of 2021." I assumed that this would cover the above requirement. I am very confused about the experience of more than one year but no more than three. I have worked at my firm for four years now.
