Is spanking abuse? Physical or sexual?

Up until I was 10? 11? If any of me or my siblings misbehaved, my father would have the one who misbehaved strip and spank them in front of the others (so they had to watch). I don’t know why I’m carrying this into my 30’s but I can’t let this trauma go. Used his hand, belt, spoon. For me this crosses a line of sexual abuse does anyone agree? Or is it just me?
