Who pays for shipping when RMAing defective PCs or parts? #cpsupport

I'm considering a CyberpowerPC and took a look at their warranty policy to get an idea of how the company operates. It sounded like the customer has to pay for return shipping defectives parts and PCs back to the company, but other computer manufacturers like Dell or HP that I've purchased from in the past have paid for return shipping within the warranty period.

Could anyone who's RMAed defective parts and PCs to CyberpowerPC please chime in on who paid for the shipping during their warranty claim?
