Should I just quit? Things aren't going well with my career

This year has been hard because of a few students. I'm filling out all the necessary forms, and people from the division have been talking to me, but I'm always to blame. I'm constantly criticized for what happens. My lessons are apparently 'not engaging enough'. It's my first year teaching this grade - of course my lessons aren't 'amazing', I'm just collecting my resources!!

There aren't any consequences for what's occurring, students have been hurt. I'm trying my own things in class and am following the procedures and behaviour plans. But nothing happens.

I've been really stressed out. I'm thinking of quitting but other say I shouldn't due to the benefits. And are all jobs like this?

Any advice?
