I find myself eating more herring and mackerel than sardines..

Anchovies got me into the game. Sardines made me a true tin fan. But herring and mackerel, when done well, are so legit. I still love sardines, but the wide world of tinned fish holds so many treasures. Has anyone else started with sardines and now find other fishies preferable? I also love salmon. And mussels. Can’t do octopus, but that’s for personal reasons. :)
