Office job for introverts?
Hey all I have a bachelors in social work with a background in teaching and school social work/ hospice social work. I’m very burnt out from working in education and social work in general. As much as I respect both fields I often come back from work with a worry that someone’s home life is in my hands and it has taken a toll on my mental health especially because I’m a very introverted person (I know! A introverted social worker😅). I’m really becoming depressed because of this because the dream job I had is not really my dream anymore. Someone said HR to me but i don’t think that’s something for me. I often dream about just working in an office that’s not so mf chaotic😭! I want to take a break and practice something in administration in any type of field. I had a certification to be a patient care technician but never ended up using it because of COVID and did not like how so many of my peers had so many horror stories with hospitals and clinics they worked for in the area. So I’m kinda familiar with the medical field. I have been seeing administration catching my eye. Does anyone know any jobs that may think are a good fit? Do I need certain certificates?
