Do you usually have signs you’re celiac before diagnosis?

NOT asking for a diagnosis just trying to understand some things,

I (F22) was found positive for one of the genes that means I could be celiac but blood tests were negative for any inflammation / immune responses happening in my body. I still want to pursue a endoscopy in the end as I understand that’s the only way to be SURE, but since I have to go through public and I’m low risk it can take over a year or more from what I’ve heard

Is it possible to be celiac if I am having no symptoms and blood tests don’t show any signs of my body attacking itself ect?

Celiac diet is too intensive to do if I don’t need to do it, and celiac is too important to ignore if I could possibly have it.

Is there a high chance of developing celiac later in life with the gene even if not now?
