Is this dress TOO white for a wedding guest?

I saw this dress online and thought it was STUNNING! It was listed in the "wedding guest" section and I bought it immediately without thinking about it. I blame my ADHD impulsivity lol. I received it and it's so beautiful! But then I wondered if there was too much white on it for being a wedding guest. I sent it to 4 of my friends. 3 of them said it's fine to wear as a wedding guest as it's mostly about the sequin design and many other colors and 1 said maybe not so much. My husband loves the dress and really wants me to wear it - but he doesn't understand anything about appropriate wedding guest attire (he wanted to wear shorts bc the ceremony is outside lol)

I don't know why I didn't think to post here for opinions earlier. So what do y'all think?
