ChatGPT’s effect on our critical thinking

Do you think, its problem, that people nowdays are using chat for even minor tasks? there was already a few studies, which shows that mostly for students, overusing chat and other ai can cause loss of their ability to ctitical thinking and their brain will get more lazy, what do you think about that topic?
