Picked this gem up from mobile order.

I ordered double rice, double beans, double veggies, double sofritas, guac, and sides of sour, salsa, and cheese. No rice or veggies to be found. The sofritas is just a little more than a single scoop (I paid extra). I also added a tip since it was the first time I’d ever seen the prompt on the mobile app. Had to return to store and was told they were out of everything. Why couldn’t anyone let me know before leaving the store and going home??
