Why does it seem like local and state officials aren't taking this seriously enough?

Its seems as if there is no sense of urgency from the governor, from the mayor, from the utility companies, or any other local/state officials. It's going on 4 days with no power and not a peep from the governor. Bibb seems totally unprepared and frankly not interested in inserting himself on this. He should be making a big deal to news agencies about the lack of urgency from Columbus. Bibb has been truly unspectacular thus far in his term. He's too lame. I know nobody outside of Cleveland cares about Cleveland but there were nearly half a million people without power and we are still waiting for it to come back on. Everyone was completely caught with their pants down on this one and it still seems like it's not being taken as seriously as it should. We're lucky we didnt have 85 degree + days or there would definitely be deaths out there. I'm surprised we haven't heard of any serious problems yet. J
