Lost my true self

I went through spiritual awakening and had ego death after that experience I didn't know who I was. My personal identity was wiped out clean. I am suffering internally as my psyche is disintegrating and collapsing from the egoic structure that I have built. My past, present and future have been destabilized. My body has been shape out. I feel like i can't live anymore.
