Is there a place I can recreate my full penguin avatar from my childhood?

Like a penguin builder where I can use all the clothes I had for my original penguin, and have access to all the backgrounds? I don’t know the current state of CP clients, but I’d rather not have to scour and buy the individual items.

Would be cool if there was a penguin builder with the full catalogue. Any ideas on the easiest way to get my maracas, water wings, and green pool floaty? Thanks!
