Club Pilates for getting back to shape
Hello! I just club pilates a month ago. I’m still learning how to make the sessions more effective. When I see the other people in my classes, they are already very fit. Maybe this is unique to my club.
Generally, in a gym I would see folks from all ages and fitness levels.
Do folks use Pilates just for an overall stretch, and have other exercises as their main workout?
Can sessions Club Pilates actually help in getting back to shape, losing weight and gaining strength?
