What coffe grinder should i buy?

Hello , im.from Argentina and here is not very popular the art of the coffee. So i was making a research about coffee grinders to grind my own coffee in my house. I have a Nespresso (doesnt count), a moka pot and a french press, so i was wondering if is it better to buy a hand burr grinder (from amazon a cheap one that cost like 30 bucks and deliverying to argentina cost me like a 100/120dollars), or an electric burr grinder the problem is that cost me a lot more, and i only found that i can buy here a "Delonghi kp9h" for the same price of the hand grinder from amazon. What should i buy? Thanks
