Valentines Day Cologne

Hi, I would like to buy something for my boyfriend that he can wear to work and out since he doesn’t have any colognes. He works as a lawyer at a major company so I don’t want anything too strong or offputting. I personally don’t know anything about colognes and perfumes so I was thinking about getting Nautica Blue for him based off of one recommendation, would that be a good choice? I can go up to $100.
