Two newer commercials messing up commonly used phrases

I believe they're both fast food commercials but I haven't caught which restaurants. Near the end of one the female spokesperson says "it's not rocket surgery." (Should be rocket science or brain surgery). Which annoys me to no end! Is this intentional, because it sounds ridiculous? The second one I can't remember ATM but it's equally annoying. Has anyone seen these or something similar? There's also a 3rd one that says "winner winner turkey dinner." WHY? If you're using a common phrase, why not use it correctly? Hasn't the phrase ALWAYS been "chicken dinner?"
