Some have a telehealth fee, a membership fee, or other fees besides the medication cost.

Many use the same compounding pharmacies, so you're really trying to purchase from one with the best customer service or best price. However, I've seen too good to be true pricing from lesser known compounding pharmacies.

Lastly, not all providers are licensed to do business in all 50 states. California is an example of a state with limited options.
