I lost 41lbs last year, and just did deep cleaning for 15 hours and 20 minutes :)

So yeah, back in April I finally decided I wanted to take back ownership of my body and how I feel, after some incredibly crap years and my ex sorta destroyed me and the love I had for myself. In May I started going to the gym, July I started dieting. I was terrified at first, it's been so hard managing my mental health, my physical health, my diet, my exercise, my cats, my apartment, family, social life, everything. But I did it and I'm still doing it! And yeah, since May last year, to January this year, I'm down 41lbs :) Got a tiny bit to go but I can't wait to start working on muscle stuff after!

Also, as I said, I was struggling to maintain everything, and my flat really went downhill. So I took the week off the gym, and spent the last week cleaning my apartment, doing one room a day. I'm total it was 15 hours and 20 minutes, I got every last corner, threw out so much stuff, organised a ton of things. I forgot what my place looks like when clean, I forgot how nice it can feel! It's been exhausting doing this across 5 days, but I am so glad I did it! It looks great!
