anyone else notice alex’s arm?

first i’d like to start out by saying this video was SO uncomfortable to watch. All alex did the entire video was explain how in love with her he was, it honestly all felt very surface level and beth highschool.

but did anyone else notice his arm?? at first i thought they were hickeys but it’d be a very odd place to give someone a hickey, it almost looks like a bite mark?? It’s not really an area on your body that you’d naturally bruise
