Recently Robbed at Gunpoint, How to cope afterward?

So yeah as the title says I was recently held up at gunpoint at work a few days ago in Bucktown along with my coworkers & had a gun shoved into my back while having my pockets emptied. Thankfully none of us were hurt in the process & CPD did what they could making the report but tbh days after & I'm still sorta shook up especially with CPD being brunt about how odds of them catching the guy were slim to none. Living here all my life & never thought I'd become apart of that statistic of being a victim & now cause of that happening I'm majorly paranoid about if it'll happen again around the area of where I work/ in general to me & just thinking what if I did go wrong & the guy was unhinged? Idk really, I've sorta calmed down but there's just that part of me that thinks the feeling of paranoia & concern won't ever go away now. Anyone else have the misfortune of going through this & have any suggestions on how to I guess move forward with life after this?
