Does work affect Crohns/does Crohns affect how well you do your work?

Hi, 19F, newly diagnosed and wondering if Crohns has any affect on work/if working has an affect on crohns?

Wouldn't all the Crohns-related fatigue and constant bathroom breaks interfere with work performance?

And I've heard that stress can cause terrible flares, but where is there a job/work environment that isn't stressful?

What are your job experiences with Crohns?
