He says he likes me, but his actions don’t match, should I leave?

I’ve been talking to this guy for two weeks, and he confessed to me recently. I was starting to like him too, but his behavior has been off-putting. •While we were chatting, he randomly sent me a screenshot of his conversation with another crush—right after telling me I was the only girl he talks to. I reacted with a shocked emoji, and he immediately unsent the message.

•A few minutes later, he sent me a childhood photo of himself. I told him he was cute and reacted with a heart. When I sent my own childhood photo, he completely ignored it.

•Right after that, he sent me a picture of his girl best friend (who is also my friend), saying she was cute—then unsent that too.

•Instead of directly telling me things, he opens up to his girl best friend so she can tell me instead.

•He also sometimes leaves me on delivered for hours, even when I reply within minutes.

It was such a turn-off, but since this is my first time experiencing something like this, I don't really know what to expect. Am I overreacting, or is this genuinely weird behavior? (We’re both teenagers)

Edit: This actually happened 5 weeks ago. I ended it on January 3, 2025. We don’t talk anymore. I posted this because I want to see other people’s opinions. Because there are times where I’m doubting my decision.
