How do I fund these exchange wallets

Hi guys, I have been a total CoinDCX player till now, buy sell in INR, withdraw to bank, simple life.

There are a few low cap memecoins that I wanna trade, not listed on CoinDCX, but on certain DEXes, Kucoin and mexc. How do I fund those? CoinDCX does not allow crypto withdrawals & I have heard horror stories about P2P so very hesitant there. What can I do?

Bonus question: is there no way to avoid tax in the whole process?
