Am I cooked?Bought Goat &Popcat ,now 50% loss!

So I have bought goatseus maximus and popcat at the early stage of downward trend thinking it will rise at a point but it started falling way below (market crash) now I am having 50% loss . I am nervous that I could lose all the money I saved from long time. Please help me decide if I should hold or remove the remaining invested money ? Will they rise back to my buying price or more?
