LWEX? Experiences? Legit or potential scam?

Does anyone have experience with the LWEX app? It works through referral (Invitation) and it is a one-time investment concept. I have some friends that are making money off it, and withdrawing funds, but it somehow sounds too easy to be true. One dude on Telegram sends you a "tip" or something, and you never lose. Would like opinions on this. Thanks.
