Budget friendly winter bibs?

So it’s starting to get colder in Germany and my bib shorts are just not enough now. Thus I want to get some winter bibs but I’m on a budget, not really wanting to pay +80€. Do you have any recommendations for bibs that are good in cold weather and have good pads that can withstand longer rides. Or is it just not really possible to get good bibs for such a small price?
