Racism?

I’ve been seeing a lot of commentary about the DCC (dancers/org) being racist. I definitely think they don’t have a lot of diversity when it comes to black women or people of color in general, but I’m also aware that in the small pool of POC auditioning they then have to pick the ones that would fit the mold. What exactly is the conclusion we are looking for, I for one believe we need more POC but what exactly is grinding everyone’s gears so much and what do you feel the org should do about it? (Be nice this is a discussion)
