How do people do insane damage with prec?

I’m rage prec 430 dps. Everything in the right place. Trans, strat, quislet. All precision augs. Maxed arts. I was wondering what people do to keep up with the top might players these days. I noticed that a dead king swapping might player has an advantage over a prec player. How do prec players keep up?
