Partners not doing anything

Good Afternoon yall! My partners for my paper and presentation for my event are not doing any work. They keep leaving me on read, and I asked my DECA advisor about this and they just don't believe me. All out DECA advisors are new this year because the other 3 left our school last year. What should I do?
