I haven’t felt a switch all day

Hi, kinda still new to being a system (at least for me) and I’m just wondering is it normal to not switch for a day??? We’re in a new environment but it’s not been triggering but like is it normal to not switch for a day??? Only the gatekeeper has been with me all day idk if this is normal or not??? We usually switch a couple times a day but this week it’s been harder
