How to fill this with expanding foam

I have filled the cavity to the side, but cannot figure out how to do the top.

The expanding foam cans all need to be held upside down, which prevents me from sprating it any higher.

Also, I need to fill the overhead cavity, how can I fill it without the unexpanded foam all falling straight down?
