Eval Bans - The Start of the End of ApexTraderFunding

Myself and many others have received an email stating we’re no longer eligible to purchase any new evals but still able to keep PAs and have the potential to be moved to live account (highly doubt that), and once again, placed on probation. I will attach to this post for the full email.

This is huge because it actually confirms my probation-loop scheme post I made a short while ago.

My trading ever since being placed on probation again a few weeks ago has been PERFECT. Consistency, risk, stops, strategy, you name it. No flaws whatsoever. Can even provide every single trade log if needed for proof. There is absolutely zero reason why I should get put on probation again yet here we are. What’s funny is that I was about to get off it soon too, but now the clock has reset because of this recent email. Hence, probation-loop scheme!

This might also confirm that Apex is now officially a downfall business because it will now lose a TON of business from the eval bans.

I have a couple payout requests pending from this recent cycle, and if they get denied, I will be canceling everything, disputing all charges, and getting in contact with a lawyer for possibly a lawsuit towards them. I recommend everyone else do the same.

We held up our ends of the agreement and they didn’t deliver. Goodbye Scampex!
