Refunded my buyer Now they’re saying it’s “partial” and postponing my withdrawal date

Fully refunded my buyer because I couldn’t send the item and now the funds are locked in my Depop balance, here’s the kicker apparently it’s only a partial refund even though I payed for the full thing and certainly didn’t press for a partial refund when I did it. See the pictures for proof if u want. But now they’re postponing the due date for my withdrawal AND completely ignoring the dozens of emails I said to their support what should I do now?
