Random uptick in random moles??

Over the past 2-ish years I have had an uptick in new moles. The picture of the mole on my head I have had since childhood, but over the past year it has grown to the point where people who have known me my whole life ask if I have something in my hair - they are seeing the mole. Also, the moles on my stomach appeared at the same time as tiny “bumps” but formed into raised brown/red moles. I apologize for the bad quality photos on my arms, but they formed in a similar way as the ones on my tummy. Started out as really tiny bumps and formed into raised brown/red moles very quickly. Is there anything to be concerned about or does my body just like growing weird moles??
