Loft ideas - Overwhelmed by the open space. Any suggestions? (the stuff in this video is current tenant’s, not mine)

Moving in next week. We have no furniture yet, except a couch and mattress we just bought.

The back room (end of the video) is tough because it has no windows… maybe some funky bright wallpaper will help. I’d like that to function as an office, guest bedroom (pull-out couch?), and maybe a secondary tv room (maybe with a projector).

The living room is so open I’m not sure where to arrange the couch / what other furniture to add. Also want to add a treadmill somewhere. Will probably leave the TV where it is, even though I think it might look better on the other (fridge) wall.
