Night Stalker Hunter PvE Stats

If I have this correctly, you want 100 resil and 100 Discipline but with Echo of Undermining, you lose 20 Discipline.

I need really good stat rolls on gear to hit 100 on both. Are huntings find running 80 or 90 Discipline? Or should I be spamming my HELM engrams until I get a near perfect 66 stat distribution?
