Seal suggestions

I have started playing again recently after a long break. Seals are new to me but I understand they are quite important for late-game stats. I was looking for suggestions on my most efficient way to get good enough stats for end game as I don't want to spend a lot of money on seal openers. I would appreciate suggestions on which seals and how many to get decent enough stats for end game.
