Chapter 4-Node 7 Arbee

The Arbee is win the race and use 9 charged skills. Straight forward. Recommended level is 44, again very straight forward. My question is if you are under levelled and beat the challenge do you get the awards? I swear I did it 2 times but I am only level 40.
