With the recent drama we haven't really given this moment the attention it deserves

It was one of the best in the entire episode, and not only because because it pretty much canonized this pretty good ship. It gave Marissa a lot more depth that, while not sorely, she needed.

I hope Marissa is not the next boot in the Blue team because I want to see more of the relationship and an exploration of whst she really wants in life, but I think that is what's gonna happen so the plot can advance.
