Blood in Stool

I dont know what to do please help me.

I took my dog to the ver yesterday because she had diarrhea. They ran stool tests and they said she didn’t have any parasites but had a fever so they gave her antibiotics. Now today her poop had blood. It also had an extreme odor. What should I do? Will my dog be okay?
